On 22th May, Tyumen University（Russia）delegation pays a visit to Fuzhou University.  Darya Lazutina, the Dean of the Finance and Economics Institute and Irina Efimova , the Director of the Office of Cooperation and Exchanges pay a special vistit to the School of Economics and  Management. Zhenpeng Tang, the Dean of SEM , Suiweng Ping,the Deputy Party Secretary , Qizhou Lu , the Director of the Office of Cooperation and Exchanges, warmly welcome them. Programs as joint education and exchange students are negotiated by both parties.
